Our relaxing dining room seats 70+ and has been designed to suit a variety of groups whether it’s a table for 2, 8 or 16. The ambience is relaxing though our slightly upbeat music will energies you throughout your stay. Comfort is important to us and every chair, table, and booth has been carefully selected and designed to ensure your comfort throughout your entire stay.

Our seasonal menus have been carefully created using seasonal produce where possible and we do our best to ensure to have a favourite for everyone. We have and always will search far and wide to find the best suppliers to insure that our chefs start with only the finest of ingredients.

Our culinary Team is led by Ed Raethorne, Ed has 27 years of Experience and was trained under master chef David Edwards in Kilakee House. Having worked in numerous award winning restaurants Ed has developed a distinctive Style of food using local artisan producers where ever possible.

Our Chefs have huge wealth of experience having worked in hotels, restaurants and also in gastropubs around leading restaurants in Ireland and in the UK. Our chefs are passionate about food and have carefully created a menu to expose their talents and vision to how food should be “Simple”. Our kitchen is focused on our customers and our chefs work together to enhance each ingredient to deliver dishes which will tantalise your taste buds.

Our Wine list is special! Each wine has been carefully selected and we ensure to serve only the best quality wine available to us. Our list has been built to match our food menu and we have done our upmost to have a favourite for everyone.
